[...] Benq-Siemens P51 (with picture) March 8th, 2006 We wrote yesterday about the announcement of the Benq-Siemens P51. Today, Benq has presented this new smartphone with integrated GPS. It is based on the Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system, it has a 2.83″ QVGA TFT color touchscreen (240 x 320 pixels). Some of the connectivity features include, Bluetooth, integrated WLAN interface (WLAN 820.11b/g) that enables it to be used for VoIP calls.
